                                    Ahi Bagel Sandwich 

                                 Sesame seared Ahi Tuna with charred lemon, spicy cucumbers, seared spinach, lemon& ranch aoli on a pressed whole wheat beagle.



Ingredients:
1-whole wheat bagel
4oz- fresh spinach 
2- lemon slices
4oz- Ahi tuna
4- slices of cucumber
1-tsp seasme oil
1-tsp sugar
1-Tbsp of vinegar 

Sauce:
1-tsp of olive oil mayo
1-tsp Brianna's ranch dressing
1/2 squeeze lemon
pinch of sea salt & pepper

Directions:

Step 1-  Heat a non stick sauté pan on high heat with seams oil until the oil starts to smoke.
Step 2- Season the tuna with salt and pepper generously.
Step 3- Gently place tuna in the pan for only a few seconds on both sides- or however you would prefer, I suggest serving the tuna rare to experience the true quality of the tuna- 
set tuna aside
Step 4-  add more oil to the pan and saute spinach until its wilted.(season as necessary) and set aside to drain water and oil out of it. 
Step 5- Clean pan out and bring it back up to a high heat, take lemon slices and season with sugar and char in the pan and set aside. 
Step 6- Take cucumber slices and let them soak in the vinegar for 10 minutes
Step 7- Mix all the dressing ingredients together 
Step 8- Build sandwich and enjoy :)
